Returns & Exchanges

Unused baseballs in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email mike@ventur3llc.com with your order number. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
