Ventur3 began with a conversation about a program budget that would not stretch far enough. Mike Cerillo and Ben Hoch cut open dozens of the leading baseballs and studied how they are actually built — cores, wool windings, leather grade, seam construction, compression, durability — then engineered their own from scratch and tested it with real coaches in real programs.
